Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee agricultural operations across multiple projects and locations
- Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance
- Lead and mentor farm, production, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in agricultural operations, agribusiness, or farm management
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale agricultural operations
- Strong knowledge of production planning, resource management, and operational best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced qualifications are an advantage
