Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
- Equivalency is must.
- Valid Driving License (preferred).
- Experience in cocopeat, potting soil, and growing media products.
- Sales experience in agriculture, horticulture, nursery, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Aarya Group's cocopeat, potting soil, and related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with nurseries, growers, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product usage and applications.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
