Job summary
Lead and manage PEB projects from order execution through successful completion.
Own project planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality, safety, and timely delivery across multiple projects.
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings and structural steel.
Project execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB and structural steel projects to meet project requirements and timelines.
- Plan schedules, manpower, materials, fabrication, dispatch, erection, and site activities.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, purchase, production, quality, logistics, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
Delivery and stakeholder management
- Manage client communication, meetings, approvals, inspections, and issue resolution.
- Monitor fabrication and erection against drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Review costing, variations, and additional work, and maintain cost control.
- Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and execution teams.
Reporting and closure
- Prepare and review MIS, project progress reports, cost reports, and management updates.
- Ensure documentation, billing coordination, measurements, handover, and project closure.
- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in PEB, structural steel, or construction projects.
- Strong experience in PEB execution, fabrication, erection, and site management.
- Strong planning, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of project costing, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay
- ₹66,667–₹125,000 per month.
Location and work setting
- Location stated as Nagpur or project sites; travel to project sites is required.
- Work location is in person.
