Responsibilities
- Shape opportunities at pitch and own delivery through execution and value realization.
- Execute and refine digital strategy for client outcomes and commercial success.
- Lead complex programs across banking, payments, and insurance.
- Bring multidisciplinary teams together to deliver work and outcomes.
Skills and experience
- Extensive enterprise-scale technology and transformation program delivery experience.
- Strategy-to-execution experience shaping deals and delivering end-to-end.
- Commercial ownership and experience with P&L, margin, or program-level revenue outcomes.
- Deep expertise or strong exposure to financial services and complex, multi-stream Agile programs.
- Experience building and scaling teams from scratch and leading senior/C-suite client relationships, negotiations, and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering through globally distributed teams and enterprise platforms; structured, data-driven problem-solving and risk management.
Additional qualifications
- Preferred certifications include SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF, or PMI-ACP.
- Agile budgeting, Lean Portfolio Management, value stream optimization, digital transformation, and enterprise Agile coaching are additional experience areas.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices is an advantage.
