Agile Delivery Manager
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager – Salesforce to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce programs. The role involves driving Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery, and coaching teams toward higher Agile maturity while managing risks and dependencies. Finance domain project experience (mandatory)

Job Location: Dubai, Onsite
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract
Must have at least one Salesforce project in the Finance domain.
Must-Have Requirements (Deal Breakers)
- 10+ years of total experience , with strong Salesforce delivery experience
- Proven experience as Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master in Salesforce projects
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Agile delivery
- Finance domain project experience (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Management
- Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce projects
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks
Program Delivery & Governance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams
- Support program-level planning, tracking, and reporting
- Drive delivery timelines and stakeholder alignment
Team Coaching & Enablement
- Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and performance
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
