Role overview

Orchestrate business change delivery within Agile frameworks, aligning product, technology, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across loyalty, airport operations, and contact centre teams to coordinate go-live readiness.
  • Drive change readiness and adoption through cutover planning, training coordination, and transition support.
  • Track sprint outcomes, risks, stakeholder reporting, delivery governance, and programme milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams and ensure delivery plans reflect business priorities and operational realities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • Agile Delivery Certification from a recognized industry body; SAFe Agilist (SA) is an example.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
