Location and eligibility

Delivery coordination and agile management

• Coordinate related projects and workstreams around programme goals; maintain visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Support roadmaps and programme planning, and facilitate alignment on priorities, architecture considerations, and sequencing.
• Lead Kanban and flow-based agile delivery across teams; track work in progress, blockers, throughput, and priorities.
• Help teams balance features, technical debt, architectural improvements, and research; reduce bottlenecks and improve delivery flow.

Governance, risk, and stakeholders

• Provide concise sponsor and leadership reporting; track objectives, milestones, and commitments; capture decisions, risks, issues, and actions.
• Help mature lightweight, agile, value-driven delivery governance.
• Identify programme risks, coordinate cross-team and vendor dependencies, maintain a pragmatic RAID process, and help resolve blockers.
• Coordinate engineering, Technical Leads, stakeholders, and relevant customers; communicate updates and align expectations on timelines, scope, assumptions, and risks.
• Support commercial teams with pre-sales, estimation, and contract or change discussions as needed.

Continuous improvement

• Improve delivery frameworks, tools, and documentation; establish scalable delivery patterns for more complex programmes.
• Promote transparency, psychological safety, and proactive delivery.

Required experience and capabilities

• Experience managing software delivery across multiple teams or workstreams, not only single-project coordination.
• Strong understanding of flow-based agile delivery and programme-level planning.
• Ability to identify cross-cutting risks, significant dependencies, and structural blockers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfort with lightweight structure and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
