Job Purpose
Drive broker sales growth by expanding and managing broker relationships, enabling partners, and delivering against sales and registration targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow broker partnerships.
- Onboard and activate new broker agencies.
- Deliver broker training, project updates, and sales briefings.
- Support exhibitions, roadshows, and broker events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and market strategies.
- Monitor broker performance, lead quality, and registrations.
- Provide market insights and recommend initiatives to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with broker and marketing guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, broker management, developer relations, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with broker networks.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
- A third language is an advantage.
- Professional, polished, and confident in brokers and client facing environments.
