About This Role

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Position Objectives

• Role of a mix of analyst, strategic consultant to understand business needs, processes, and develop business and use cases, not an AI technical engineer.
• Identify, evaluate, and present Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases that improve processes, workflows, reporting, and delivery mechanisms within a large-scale infrastructure and technology project assurance environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing operational processes, systems, KPIs, escalation matrices, and delivery structures to identify meaningful and practical AI improvement opportunities.
• Support the assurance department in evaluating, governing, and adopting AI solutions by providing structured analysis, use case validation, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Contribute to RFP processes by supporting the building of AI-related requirements, evaluating vendor responses, and assessing solution fit against operational needs.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Study, understand, and map existing processes, workflows, systems, delivery mechanisms, reporting structures, escalation matrices, and KPIs within the assurance and delivery environment.
• Identify opportunities where Agentic AI and Generative AI can meaningfully improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, decision-making, and delivery performance.
• Develop and present well-structured AI use cases tailored to the specific context of the department, with clear articulation of business value, feasibility, and implementation considerations.
• Engage with stakeholders across assurance and delivery teams to validate AI use case relevance, gather requirements, and align on priorities.
• Translate operational challenges and inefficiencies into structured AI solution requirements and functional specifications.
• Evaluate proposed AI solutions and vendor offerings against operational needs, governance standards, and business value expectations.
• Support the building of RFP documents by contributing AI-related requirements, evaluation criteria, and scope definitions.
• Participate in RFP response evaluation by assessing vendor proposals for technical fit, AI maturity, and alignment with assurance department needs.
• Guide stakeholders on the capabilities, limitations, and practical value of Agentic AI and Generative AI applications in large-scale project environments.
• Ensure proposed AI use cases and solutions comply with governance, risk, data privacy, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare business cases, concept notes, presentations, and briefing materials to communicate AI opportunities and recommendations to section managers, directors, and senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to drive AI awareness and use case development.
• Maintain structured documentation of identified use cases, assessments, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and report on the status, maturity, and readiness of AI initiatives within the department.
• Promote best practices in AI use case identification, solution assessment, and operational alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in AI advisory, digital transformation, business analysis, solution analysis, or related domains.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI use case development and presentation.
• Proven ability to understand and analyse complex operational processes, workflows, and delivery environments quickly.
• Experience translating operational challenges into structured AI use cases, functional requirements, and solution specifications.
• Experience working in or with large-scale infrastructure, technology delivery, or project assurance environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, orchestration principles, and practical business applicability.
• Experience contributing to RFP processes, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and solution assessment.
• Ability to prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and business cases for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Background in governance, compliance, or risk-aware solution review is an advantage.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, workflow design, automation, and digital transformation practices is an advantage.
• Experience in cloud, OSP, or large-scale ICT program environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project controls, KPI frameworks, escalation structures, and delivery reporting is an advantage.

Relevant Certificates

• AI / Generative AI certifications — preferred.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) — an advantage.
• Enterprise or Solution Architecture certification — an advantage.
• Project Management or Agile certification — an advantage.
• Procurement / RFP management certification or exposure — an advantage.
