Key Responsibilities
- Deliver
- monthly hands-on workshops
- for Salesforce developers and architects
- Train teams on
- Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
- Support the design and build of
- real-world AI use cases
- , including:
- AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents
- Customer Service / Support agents
- Onboarding and operations agents
- Guide teams on
- prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
- Provide
- advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Review and improve
- existing implementations and use cases
- Help define
- internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
Required Experience
- Proven experience working with
Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
- Demonstrated experience
- building multiple AI agents end-to-end
- Strong background as a
Salesforce Consultant / Architect
- Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as:
- Sales automation / SDR agents
- Customer service automation
- Workflow automation using AI
- Deep understanding of:
- Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- AI-driven workflows and automation
- Prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Ability to
- train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly
