Agency Business Development Director
About This Role
The role acts as the spearhead of business development for our KSA market and serves as the primary bridge between Saudi-based clients and the Egypt headquarters.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
· Lead new business development, pitches, and commercial initiatives.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retainers and project-based revenue.
· Develop senior-level relationships with decision-makers across private, and public sector entities.
· Build a strong network of local vendors.
· Represent Media Republic at industry events and key market forums.
· Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and margin-protected.
· Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
· Oversee project/client payments, and collections.
· Manage client onboarding, scope definition, incoming briefs and contractual agreements.
· Ensure smooth coordination with Egypt-based teams.
Qualifications
- Strong BD experience and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to foster relationships and clearly convey ideas to team members and clients
- Strong understanding and experience in the KSA market
- Previous experience in a commercial role in advertising agencies, media, or related industries is a must.
