Role overview
Aftersales department role based at the company’s head office.

The work combines customer recall contact, data handling, reporting and process reviews.
Main duties
- Contact customers about outstanding recalls and arrange the required work to support their safety.
- Report findings from manufacturer systems to senior management.
- Clean customer CRM data and review site procedures with colleagues.
- Follow up after customer visits and download manufacturer customer service index, feedback and survey data.
- Import data, prepare Excel analysis spreadsheets and distribute reports to branch and regional managers and directors.
- Download, collate and import Motability contract statistics.
- Receive training to audit branch procedures and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
- GCSE ICT, maths and English, or equivalent.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Automotive knowledge is not required; full training is provided.

- Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and suppliers, and listen and ask effective questions.
- Provide professional customer service and understand customer requirements.
- Gather, record and analyse verbal and numerical data accurately.
- Work systematically, follow controls and processes, and escalate issues where necessary.
- Build productive relationships and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
