Performance objectives and tasks
- Build and activate a productive affiliate portfolio in priority markets, emphasizing qualified traffic and attributable conversions.
- Improve deal quality by negotiating clear economics and deliverables, modeling cost and return, documenting terms, and reviewing underperforming deals.
- Make affiliate results measurable through tracking, attribution, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and evidence-based performance actions.
- Build repeatable partnership operations, maintain a visible pipeline, and establish onboarding, briefing, compliance, and review standards.
- Monitor partner content for accuracy, brand suitability, and compliance; ensure agreed placements and deliverables go live as specified.
Must-have requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar affiliate, influencer, or partnerships role.
- Hands-on ownership of deal sourcing and negotiation end to end.
