Role Description
The Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for managing and expanding TokForge’s affiliate portfolio, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners across key markets.
The Affiliate Manager will monitor partner performance, optimize campaigns, negotiate promotions and commission structures, and ensure that affiliates have the resources they need to succeed.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with affiliates, analyzing traffic and conversion data, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
The role also involves staying current with industry trends, compliance standards, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Affiliate Management and Account Management skills, including experience building, maintaining, and growing long-term partner relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing, with a track record of driving revenue and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, web analytics tools, and performance dashboards (e.g., GA, Partnerize, Impact, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence working in spreadsheets and interpreting KPIs such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital performance marketing in the MENA region or other international markets is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to key affiliate markets are an advantage.
