The Affiliate Manager owns the affiliate channel end to end, from recruiting and managing partners to converting partner traffic into funded, active traders.
The role is based in Dubai and has a commercial, numbers-driven focus with direct revenue impact.
Key responsibilities
- Source, sign, and onboard affiliates, IBs, influencers, KOLs, and content partners across target markets.
- Manage existing partners and grow volume, quality, and retention.
- Negotiate CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid commission deals that balance growth with profitability.
- Track partner performance, traffic quality, first-time deposits, conversion, and lifetime value, and act on the data.
- Identify and shut down low-quality or fraudulent traffic.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Compliance on campaigns, landing pages, promotional materials, and marketing compliance.
- Represent the brand at industry events and expos.
- Report channel performance, forecasts, and growth plans to senior management.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of affiliate or partnership management experience in a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker, or fintech trading platform; strong iGaming affiliate backgrounds are also considered.
- An existing network of affiliates, IBs, or crypto influencers that can be activated.
- Commercial negotiation skills and a track record of growing partner revenue.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, or similar.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics and comfort working in Excel and dashboards.
- Understanding of crypto and derivatives products and their promotion compliance rules.
- Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
