Affiliate Marketing Manager role at an international company focused on online gaming, betting, and online sports.
Manages and develops the affiliate program and relationships with existing and prospective affiliates and commercial partners.

Key responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and optimize the iGaming affiliate marketing program.
- Research, select, acquire, onboard, and develop affiliates and commercial partners.
- Manage international affiliate relationships and operational requests.
- Define and optimize campaigns and promotional activities; monitor KPIs and analyze traffic, conversions, acquisition, and revenue.
- Negotiate partner agreements, manage the affiliate budget, and prepare reports and performance analyses.
- Identify channel growth opportunities and contribute to international affiliate program strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Required qualifications
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs and developing affiliate and commercial partner networks.
- Knowledge of iGaming, betting, and online casino markets.
- Marketing and sales skills; ability to analyze KPIs, traffic, conversion, and revenue data.
- Negotiation, commercial relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English; results-oriented and able to work toward targets.
- Knowledge of Analytics, CRM, and Affiliate Management platforms.
Preferred qualifications
- Specific affiliate marketing experience in betting, online sports betting, or online casinos is preferred.
- A degree in economics, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Additional foreign languages and knowledge of major international iGaming markets are advantages.
