About This Role

Overview

  • In this role, you will define the strategy, execute and optimize campaigns, and drive scalable user growth through affiliates, KOLs, and ambassadors.
  • Design, own, and scale the Wallet Affiliate & Ambassador Program, defining strategy, setting targets, and recruiting and activating affiliate partners
  • Scale the program across 20+ countries with clearly defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
  • Explore and test new partnership channels (communities, platforms, events, etc.)
  • Design commission structures, incentives, and promotions to drive performance
  • Manage partner relationships and keep them engaged long-term
  • Guide partners on positioning and messaging to ensure clear and consistent communication
  • Own performance tracking and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to support launches through partner channels
  • Ensure partner activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance-driven crypto influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Track record of delivering measurable ROI (e.g. investment vs. revenue outcomes)
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets and building repeatable acquisition strategies
  • Hands-on experience with performance-based models including CPA and rev-share
  • Ability to optimize cost efficiency (e.g. CPM) while maintaining quality
  • Strong attention to details and ability to drive and deliver performance and achieve KPIs
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiating terms and managing partners
  • Deep understanding of crypto audience, trends, and key platforms (Telegram, X, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in crypto (KOLs, communities, partners)
  • Understanding of Telegram as part of a broader marketing ecosystem
  • Experience building affiliate or ambassador programs from scratch
