• As a leading company in the defense and technology sector, we are looking to strengthen our team in Saudi Arabia with an AFC Support Engineer who can resolve advanced technical issues, troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and documentation.
• What will you do?
• Resolve advanced technical issues across software and hardware systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems efficiently and accurately.
• Provide detailed solutions and maintain thorough technical documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or specialized teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, clear communication.

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• ✅ Strong proficiency in Java and SQL/database querying.
• ✅ Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular.js or Node.js.
• ✅ Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• ✅ Knowledge of HTTP protocols and XML/XPath.
• ✅ Fluency in English and Arabic.
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
