E&E Pharmaceuticals Trading L.L.C is the exclusive distributor for a premium renowned UK brand of Fillers and boosters and aesthetic solutions for cosmetic clinics, dermatology centers, and medical professionals.
As we expand our presence in the UAE, we are seeking ambitious and energetic sales professionals to join our founding sales team.
Position Overview
This is primarily a field sales role focused on developing relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and healthcare professionals throughout Dubai and the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the brand's products, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new aesthetic clinics and medical centers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, doctors, and purchasing managers
- Generate new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company professionally within the aesthetic medical community
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Persian are highly advantageous)
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Professional and confident presentation
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, medical devices, pharmaceuticals is important.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
