Role overview

Revenue and growth

• Drive revenue through sales leadership, treatment package promotion, upselling, and patient retention initiatives.
• Monitor consultation conversion and KPIs; develop initiatives to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify growth and profitability opportunities and work with ownership on strategic growth plans.
• Support marketing, promotional campaigns, community engagement, and partnerships to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.

Patient experience

• Maintain exceptional patient experiences and five-star hospitality standards throughout the treatment journey.
• Develop retention and loyalty programs; handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, referrals, and the clinic environment.

Team and operations

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage clinical and administrative team members; conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, supplier relationships, and clinic resources.
• Develop efficient systems and processes, maintain professional standards, and resolve operational challenges.

Compliance and financial oversight

• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and safety standards; maintain accurate operational records and uphold confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports; monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Analyze business metrics, implement corrective actions, forecast operational needs, and support financial planning.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetic dermatology clinic, plastic surgery clinic, cosmetic healthcare facility, or medical spa.
• Experience managing front-office operations, treatment coordinators, therapists, nurses, and clinic support staff.
• Proven record of revenue growth, operational excellence, team performance, treatment sales, consultation conversion, and patient retention.
• Experience developing and executing business growth initiatives in the aesthetics industry.

Leadership and customer service

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills, with a passion for luxury hospitality and premium patient experiences.
• Able to manage high-net-worth clientele and VIP patients.
• Strong understanding of clinic KPIs, budgeting, sales strategy, business development, and profitability; able to analyze performance and implement improvements.

Pay

• Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days are preferred.
