- Assist with insurance practice strategies, plans, and communications.
- Coach and mentor advisors on financial advice and insurance solutions.
- Develop training strategies and solutions with stakeholders and identify training needs.
- Support improvements to processes and service standards.
- Administer surveys to assess service awareness, usage, satisfaction, and interest in new services.
- Help evaluate and implement service delivery standards, approaches, and strategies.
Relevant experience
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating financial services plans and strategies and integrated client experiences.
- Providing life and disability insurance services and advice on insurance solutions.
- Analyzing client behaviour, consumer trends, books of business, and markets.
- Researching and applying compliance requirements and conducting compliance, technical, and procedural reviews.
- Relationship management, business development, selling insurance products and services, and coaching advisors.
- Planning and managing delivery of financial products and services.
- Using CRM systems and developing, evaluating, and interpreting policies and procedures.
