This is a current opening supporting advisor and client service operations, including account transactions and money movement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers with Advisors, Portfolio Managers, clients, and the custodian.
- Manage Advisor requests from intake to resolution, streamline operations, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Guide Advisors and Portfolio Managers on account cash movements and explain processes and timelines.
- Work with Account Management and Transfer teams to coordinate client service.
- Troubleshoot platform inquiries and escalate workflow or functionality issues to internal teams.
- Test feature rollouts with Product and improve Money Movement desk processes.
Required qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in client servicing or operations.
- Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Assets
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion is an asset.
- Wealth management or financial services experience and understanding of wealth operations are assets.
- Zendesk and Excel experience are assets.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as $70,000–$75,000; no pay period is specified.
