Job Purpose
Responsible for the development and implementation of company strategic plan.
Leads the discussion with executive and middle management to cascade strategy implementation and the formulate strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs.
Analyses company performance, operational challenges, and evolving business environment changes to update company strategy roadmap.
Main Duties
- Lead company‑wide transformation to achieve long term strategic objectives
- Monitors strategy execution and highlight challenges, obstacles, and opportunities
- Assesses company business model and proposes changes to support strategic transformation.
- Conduct strategy workshops to lead the development of strategic plan and create alignment across all organizations.
- Review company capabilities, market opportunities, and competitors landscape to identify the proposed strategic position and its enablers
Minimum Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business disciplines, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience with leading companies
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior strategy role
- Proven record of strategy development and implementation expertise
