As an Associate on our Advisor Business Development team, you'll start conversations with financial advisors who are ready for a better platform and help move them from first call to signed. It's a high-volume outbound role with real upside for people who love the phone, own their numbers, and want to grow their career at a fast-scaling fintech.

Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn

Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping the CRM clean and your forecast honest

Run discovery calls to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing

Partner with senior teammates to move qualified advisors toward a signed agreement

Hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets

2+ years of sales or recruiting experience

A track record of meeting or exceeding quota

You enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch

Motivated by variable comp, with clear goals for your career and earnings

Bachelor's degree

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

Familiarity with how financial advisors run and grow their practices
