Role Overview

This is a full-time position in an Advertising and marketing agency based in Riyadh responsible for driving sales, generate leads, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid transferable Iqama
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in Advertising agencies
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential clients across different industries in KSA.
  • Open new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Support in developing business development strategies for the KSA market.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
  • Convert leads into active clients and long-term business accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.

Market Knowledge & Client Relations

  • Stay updated on the Saudi market, advertising trends, client categories, and industry movements.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams, and procurement departments.
  • Maintain professional follow-up with prospects and current clients.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Advertising & Agency Knowledge

  • Understand the services offered by the agency, including creative, digital, media buying, content, social media, production, and strategy.
  • Identify client needs and recommend relevant agency solutions.
  • Support the team in shaping proposals that match client objectives and business challenges
