This is a full-time position in an Advertising and marketing agency based in Riyadh responsible for driving sales, generate leads, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid transferable Iqama
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in Advertising agencies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries in KSA.
- Open new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Support in developing business development strategies for the KSA market.
- Identify growth opportunities based on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Convert leads into active clients and long-term business accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.
Market Knowledge & Client Relations
- Stay updated on the Saudi market, advertising trends, client categories, and industry movements.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams, and procurement departments.
- Maintain professional follow-up with prospects and current clients.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Advertising & Agency Knowledge
- Understand the services offered by the agency, including creative, digital, media buying, content, social media, production, and strategy.
- Identify client needs and recommend relevant agency solutions.
- Support the team in shaping proposals that match client objectives and business challenges
