The role
As Advertising Sales Manager at Digital Natives, you will be the commercial face of The Narrative House — identifying, pitching, and closing advertising and PR mandates with brands, agencies, and businesses across the UAE.
This is a relationship-first, results-driven role with significant earning potential for the right person.
You will represent two of the most compelling offerings in the UAE communications market — premium OOH inventory and guaranteed Tier 1 media placements — to clients who are ready to invest in visibility and reputation.
What you'll do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising and PR clients across sectors including real estate, hospitality, retail, finance, and technology
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and attendance at industry events
- Present OOH and PR solutions confidently to marketing managers, CMOs, and business owners
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with the Digital Natives creative and strategy team
- Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities
- Represent Digital Natives and The Narrative House at business events, exhibitions, and networking sessions across Dubai and the wider UAE
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets — your commission is uncapped and performance is rewarded generously
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence to the leadership team
- The ideal candidate
- Natural networker, genuinely ambitious, Honest & trustworthy, Presentable & polished, Hungry to grow, Passionate about sales.
- Previous experience in advertising sales — print, digital, out-of-home, or PR — is preferred; exceptional junior candidates with the right attitude will be considered
- Well-spoken, confident, and persuasive — someone who commands a room and earns trust quickly
- A self-starter who thrives without a script and brings energy to every client interaction
- Comfortable discussing media strategy, brand positioning, and campaign ROI with senior decision-makers
- UAE market knowledge is a strong advantage — an existing network in Dubai or Abu Dhabi is a definite plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage
- Willing to grow into a senior leadership role as Digital Natives scales
Compensation
Junior / emerging
Ote: Aed 12,000–15,000+
Well-spoken, ambitious, little to no sales experience · Commission kicks in from first deal closed · Visa provided
Experienced sales
Ote: Aed 20,000–25,000+
Proven advertising or media sales track record · UAE market experience · Salary commensurate with performance history
Commission is uncapped and paid monthly.
High performers will be fast-tracked into senior roles.
