Identify and develop new business opportunities with UAE businesses, brands, and retail outlets.
Understand client marketing needs and propose relevant elevator and building media advertising solutions.
Manage proposals, quotations, negotiations, contracts, and payment follow-up.
Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain client relationships and drive renewals and repeat business.
Develop sales plans, maintain an accurate pipeline, and achieve individual and team targets.
Lead and support a sales team to improve performance and achieve results.

At least 2 years of UAE sales experience and a good understanding of the local market.
Advertising, media, social media advertising, or integrated marketing services sales experience is preferred.
Experience at a 4A advertising agency, established advertising agency, or media company is an advantage.
An existing UAE client network is preferred.
Experience managing a sales team and delivering against targets.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Results-oriented and proactive, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic or Mandarin is an advantage.
