Job Summary
Advertising AtoZ LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and media platforms
- Liaise with clients to understand campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Ensure all advertising materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, contracts, and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and campaign tracking
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
