About This Role
Overview
- We’re looking for someone who understands the ads ecosystem end-to-end and knows how mobile games and apps make money.
- This role is focused on speaking directly with game studios and app developers, understanding their monetisation challenges, and helping them adopt our advertising and monetisation tech stack.
- What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Experience working with mobile games, apps, publishers, or ad monetisation platforms
- Exposure to in-game ads, app monetisation, mediation, UA, programmatic, or publisher growth
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close commercial partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with founders, product teams, growth teams, and monetisation managers
- Ideal background
Experience
- in one or more of the following:
- Mobile game monetisation
- App monetisation
• AdTech / MarTech
- Partnerships or business development
- Publisher account management
- Growth or revenue operations for apps/games
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to game studios and app developers
- Pitch and position our monetisation technology stack
- Build long-term publisher relationships
- Identify monetisation opportunities and growth strategies
- Work closely with internal product and commercial teams
- Help publishers improve ad revenue performance
