Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and AI to business problems.
• Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data using profiling, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, data mining, and natural language processing.
• Design, develop, test, and implement predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI applications.
• Develop repeatable processes for data preparation, analysis, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Evaluate emerging techniques and technologies, establish development standards, and support data governance requirements.
• Promote adherence to the A22 Global Data and Information Policy.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• At least 5 years of overall work experience.
• At least 3 years applying advanced analytics and AI techniques to business problems.
• At least 3 years preparing and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
• At least 3 years developing, validating, and implementing predictive models, machine learning solutions, and AI applications.
• At least 3 years using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical programming technologies.
• At least 2 years using cloud-based analytics and AI platforms such as Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science, Economics, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong data visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Experience with programming, databases, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes information technology, management, and strategy.
