About The Role
**Eduhub Institute** is seeking a **motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you have experience in **education or training sales** and a passion for converting leads into successful enrollments, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with prospective students (100% warm leads – no cold calling)
Promote certification & professional training programs
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
Build strong relationships with prospective students
Candidate Requirements
Minimum **2 years UAE experience** in telesales (education sector preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion & closing skills
Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems
Immediate joiners highly preferred
