The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Admissions Officer to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About The Role
As Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families.
You'll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
Your goal will be to provide a warm, professional and personalised experience for every family, ensuring each interaction reflects our school's values and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.
- Coordinate all aspects of school visits and trial days.
- Guide families through the application and enrolment process.
- Prepare offer letters and manage acceptances, forms, payments, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and manage admissions data and reports.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students and families.
- Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.
- Meet key performance indicators for enquiry response, visits, and conversions.

Selection Process
