Admissions Officer
Ambassador School Dubai seeks a people-focused, detail-oriented Admissions Officer to guide families through their school admissions journey.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to enquiries and welcome families during school visits.
- Guide families from their first enquiry through admissions and the first day of school.
- Conduct school tours for prospective families.
- Manage applications, assessments, enrolments, and admissions records.
- Follow up with prospective families and build strong relationships.
- Work with marketing and school leadership to support enrolment growth.
- Answer questions about curriculum choices, parking, and other school matters.

- Experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or school administration.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
