To strengthen our admissions team, we are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and enrollment processes.

Role Overview

The Admissions Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions cycle, managing student recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective families. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication expertise, and the ability to represent the school’s values to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract and enroll students.
• Manage the full admissions process, from inquiries to enrollment.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective families.
• Maintain accurate records and admissions data in compliance with school policies.
• Monitor enrollment targets and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor admissions staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in international schools.
• Proven track record of managing admissions processes and achieving enrollment goals.
• Strong knowledge of educational systems and admissions best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
