About This Role

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Consultant to connect with prospective students, guide them on KHDA Dubai approved programs we run.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective sales techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales / education counseling / admissions
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong sales mindset with target-driven approach
