The Role;
Join a world-leading institution as an Admissions Associate for our Executive EMBA programme in Dubai.
Based in a vibrant global business hub, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality admissions experience for candidates from around the world.
From managing applications end-to-end to guiding prospective students through the process, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with faculty, alumni, and internal teams to coordinate interviews, maintain accurate data, and support admissions decisions—contributing directly to the success of a prestigious, internationally recognised programme.
***This role will be located at the Dubai office***
Main Responsibilities
- ;
- Accuracy and integrity of data across CRM and business systems
- Timely response and resolution of candidate and stakeholder queries
- Effective management of application pipeline and adherence to deadlines
- Smooth coordination of interviews and admissions committee processes
- Contribution to overall team targets and intake goals
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- High-quality service delivered to all prospective students and stakeholders
- Who we are looking for;
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (preferably in education or
- professional services)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Collaborative and proactive team player
- Ability to interpret and apply processes and guidelines effectively
