Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Counsel students about short courses, certification, and diploma programs.
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
• Explain course details, schedules, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions, counseling, or sales in a training institute.
• Experience promoting short courses and diploma programs is required.
• Strong communication, counseling, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the UAE training and education industry is preferred.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
