Job Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Admission Officer** to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process and help them choose the right courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with the academic team for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Good spoken and written English is mandatory.**
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Pay: AED2,171.89 - AED5,000.00 per month
