Role Description
Bright Minds is seeking Admission Counsellors – Europe to support prospective students interested in European universities.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
In this position, the counsellor will provide personalized guidance on course selection, university options, and admission requirements, ensuring a smooth application process for students.
Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, preparing and reviewing applications, coordinating with partner institutions, and maintaining accurate student records.
The role also involves participating in student recruitment activities, supporting events and workshops, and collaborating with the wider team to meet enrollment targets and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills to counsel students and interact with families and partner institutions.
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professional support throughout the admission journey.
- Sales-related skills to support student recruitment, conversion of leads, and achievement of enrollment objectives.
- Education-related experience or knowledge of European higher education systems, admission processes, and study pathways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple student cases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Competence with office software and CRM or student management systems for tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in admissions, educational consulting, or international student recruitment is highly beneficial.
