As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **proactive and organized Administrator** with strong **FMCG (Beverage industry)** experience to support our expanding operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate **daily administrative and operational activities** across departments.
- Maintain organized **records, files, and documentation** related to production, sales, and inventory.
- Support the **sales and operations team** in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
- Assist in the **procurement and purchasing process** by preparing and tracking purchase orders.
- Handle **communication with suppliers, distributors, and service providers** to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare **reports and summaries** for management, including sales data, stock movement, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with **company procedures and internal controls**.
- Support HR and accounting functions such as attendance tracking, petty cash management, and document filing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Commerce**, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in administration within the **FMCG (beverage or food)** industry.
- Strong understanding of **order processing, inventory management, and logistics workflows**.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a **fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment**.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
