Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
  • Works under general supervision.

Specifically, the Administrative Assistant key responsibilities and preferred qualifications are shown below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports daily operations of the office and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and assist the Branch Manager and Administrative Manager with administrative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential company documents.
  • Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors.
  • Processed invoices and supported basic financial documentation.
  • Provide front-desk support including handling calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or a Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies.
  • Saudi Female preferred with 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Familiar with office procedures and documentation standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication ( English and Arabic)
