Administrator – Property & Asset Management (UAE National)

Overview

• Manage end-to-end tenancy administration, including contract issuance, renewals, transfers, and terminations in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Coordinate government-related processes such as tenancy attestation (Tawtheeq/Ejari) and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor rental collections, service charges, deposits, and overdue payments, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when required.
• Process financial transactions, including receivables reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation of payments.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders, handling queries and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Facilities teams for inspections, handovers, maintenance, and unit readiness.
• Manage tenant lifecycle activities including onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and security deposit refunds.
• Track lease expiries, renewals, and occupancy status, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle tenant communications, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/SAP systems and update trackers for collections, renewals, and inspections.
• Support adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
