JD Mandatory Skill- Finacle Support and VuSmartMaps monitoring Tool,CDCI Channel,RPA(Robotics Process Automation), OHS, WebLogic, Oracle, Unix,DA(openshift),Tomcat Location- Mumbai- Thurbe/ Malad Roles & Responsibilities

• Issues & outages troubleshooting and quick resolution.• Knowledge on finacle(CBS).• Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.• SQL query writing • Level-1 SR closures..Data purging knowledge,DR drill responsibilties to be taken, Knowledge on upgration/ migration activities, Automation of existing manual process using the tools like Control-M and Robotics • Daily Checklist executions ( EOD and BOD Jobs), SOP documention on new process and maintaining it • Daily Health Checks.(on Applications, Middleware and DB servers) • Knowledge server induction process • Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.• SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.• Backup policies maintenance & review• Inventory maintenance. • Basic knowledge in any monitoring tools (Like VuSmartmaps, DynaTrace, etc,.).• Port opening/firewall related process• CR execution for application deployments• Backend updates in the database. • Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation. • Gaps Closure, Vulnerability closure.• Compliance activities like OS patching, server maintenance. Involvement in Audits

Areas of responsibility

Triaging and resolution of tickets-Perform initial triage and assist in response for priority incident tickets (P3 tickets) along with its documentation and following the defined SLA and escalation procedures.

Resolution of service Requests-Track and assist in resolution of software/hardware/network service requests, ensuring they are accurately logged, processed, and completed within defined timelines as per established procedures.

SLA Monitoring-Track and monitor SLA timelines for entire lifecycle of priority incident tickets (P3 tickets). Escalate to higher levels for delays or potential SLA breaches.

Change request execution-Assist in creation of change requests basis types of incident tickets which are raised and resolved.

Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance.

Experience: 1-3 Years.
