Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Gym Administrator** to manage the daily administrative operations of our fitness center.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, maintain membership records, and support the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk and administrative activities.
- Welcome members and visitors professionally.
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate member records and databases.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, classes, and trainer sessions.
- Process payments and prepare receipts/invoices.
- Monitor membership payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff regarding schedules and facility operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and administrative areas.
- Assist management with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
