Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining records and documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing administrative procedures, supporting team members with operational needs, handling correspondence, and assisting in project coordination.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in office administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage scheduling, records, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure collaboration across teams.
- Experience with project coordination and task prioritization in a dynamic environment.
- Technological proficiency, including familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with professional communication standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for working under deadlines.
- Relevant experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
