You will be responsible for handling documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and administrative coordination to support management and business functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office communications, scheduling, and document control.
- Support departmental reporting and filing requirements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task execution.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in administrative processes.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
