ATG CONTRACTING LLC is a growing organization specialized in finishing contracting such as paint, floor coating, and external insulation.

Role Description

The Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This position is responsible for managing all labor payroll via automated attendance system. organizing all labor documents, coordinate labor onboarding and dispersing to sites, also said role is to support other business functions such as QAQC in necessary paper work and in raising inspections.

said administrative specialist is also responsible for labor concerns and welfare.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • construction experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to use common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar tools) effectively.
