Administrative Sales
This role upports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating back office sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, contracts, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
- Manage documentation related to sales processes and ensure accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate sales representative
- Support reporting activities (sales reports, forecasts, KPIs)
- Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure order fulfillment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience (3 years at least) in a sales support or administrative role (preferred)
- Degree or training in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM systems are a plus
- Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
