Overview

  • Assist in reviewing operational controls and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely update.
  • Identify process gaps, prepare recommendations for improvement, support the implementation and follow-up of approved operational enhancements with related parties.
  • Support the coordination of the annual target-setting process by collecting and consolidating data from related departments.
  • Assist in preparing draft sections of the annual corporate business plan.
  • Follow up with Sales Department regarding their monthly plan.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, highlight risks and opportunities and suggest corrective actions.
  • Follow up with related departments to ensure all corrective actions are being followed.
  • Consolidate branch sales reports and ensure timely submission to management.
  • Share performance insights and best practices across branches when requested.
  • Support communication between headquarters and branches.
  • Develop and update reporting templates as required.
  • Study the market and trends in order to provide initiations for sales improvements.
  • Suggest improvement to department work.
  • Perform any additional assigned tasks.
