Overview
- Assist in reviewing operational controls and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely update.
- Identify process gaps, prepare recommendations for improvement, support the implementation and follow-up of approved operational enhancements with related parties.
- Support the coordination of the annual target-setting process by collecting and consolidating data from related departments.
- Assist in preparing draft sections of the annual corporate business plan.
- Follow up with Sales Department regarding their monthly plan.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, highlight risks and opportunities and suggest corrective actions.
- Follow up with related departments to ensure all corrective actions are being followed.
- Consolidate branch sales reports and ensure timely submission to management.
- Share performance insights and best practices across branches when requested.
- Support communication between headquarters and branches.
- Develop and update reporting templates as required.
- Study the market and trends in order to provide initiations for sales improvements.
- Suggest improvement to department work.
- Perform any additional assigned tasks.
