About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Officer** to support daily operations.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Arabic & English), detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, documents) in **Arabic and English**
- Maintain filing systems and office documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Support HR and finance administrative tasks when required
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth office operations and logistics
- Perform **any other tasks assigned** by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in administrative roles
- Fluency in **Arabic and English (spoken and written)**
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
